MPT Ground Dies have correct Dimensional Accuracy, Profile comparable to Standards and Good Life; Dies are supplied in Ground Shining Finish and Grit Blasted Finish, as per requirement. Dies can be supplied with Radiused Root Runout (RRO).

MPT Thread Rolling Flat Dies are offered in two Qualities, Regular Quality and Premium Quality.

Regular Quality dies are most selling dies and have general thread rolling application.

Premium Quality dies are specially toughened dies which have high hardness but also high toughness. These dies are well accepted in Stainless steel fasteners making industries and also used to roll Hardened materials or fasteners after heat-treatment.
